In a piece of cake PDX

My name is Romina and I'm a home baker, wife, and mom of 2 kids.

My life is pretty busy sometimes, but baking is my therapy.

I am self taught, and every day I try to integrate yummy new ingredients from other countries to my creations.

I was born and raised in Mexico City. When I was little, my grandmother and mom had a home bakery where I loved to help. I still remember all the fabulous smells coming from the kitchen.
